If this is the case, you can ask your client each of the questions, and encourage them to write down their responses. Although this step can be completed independently by the client, you may prefer to fill it in together. These prompts encourage the client to reflect on the triggers of their anger, allowing them to consider the underlying emotions that often coexist with anger.
